Jason Ferruggia has written a great workout system called Body Weight Bodybuilding which you can use with your suspension system (or even gymnastic rings) to build a great body.
Even if you love doing basic compound barbell exercises such as squats and deadlifts you can still benefit greatly from cycling in some periods of bodyweight training. Your joints and muscles will thank you for it!
